- Sketch and validate new formats and thumbnails to feed the content pipeline.
- Read performance data to spot uplift opportunities and quick course corrections.
- Move fast, learn fast, and communicate clearly across the team.

Responsibilities
- Come up with fresh ideas the team can produce
- Spot emerging niches and formats before they go mainstream
- Sketch thumbnail concepts for designers to bring to life
- Write titles viewers can't not click
- Read the data and find where we can improve
- Move fast and refine strategy when something isn't landing
- Communicate clearly with every part of the team
Requirements
- You already make content: YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, whatever your platform is
- Hungry, with serious work ethic and energy
- Great attitude and genuinely open to feedback
- Reliable
- Happy to fail fast and adapt faster
- Detail-obsessed, but able to build toward an ambitious vision
