Job Summary

Own creator content ops from briefs through approvals, maintain trackers, organize files, and support day to day campaign admin while ensuring creative scripts, feedback, and performance data stay aligned with the brief; log observations on hooks, pacing and quality to feed reporting and future tests.

  • Operationally own creator content from briefing to approval and ensure briefs and feedback are implemented.
  • Capture and relay creative observations to improve hooks, pacing, editing, and overall quality across campaigns.
  • Turn data into client-ready insights that inform future tests and content strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Keeping client trackers and project documents up to date
  • Managing creator folders, file organisation and naming conventions
  • Preparing client upload spreadsheets and ensuring information is accurate
  • Supporting creator communications and day-to-day campaign administration
  • Reviewing creator scripts and videos to check they align with the brief
  • Checking that feedback has been implemented before content is sent for approval
  • Watching creator content and logging creative observations, including hook style, pacing, editing, visual execution and overall quality
  • Helping maintain consistent creative standards across campaigns
  • Preparing performance data and organising it into client-ready spreadsheets
  • Using AI tools to help organise and categorise large datasets

Requirements

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Own computer and reliable internet connection
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and willing to learn new tools
  • 16-20 hours per week initially
  • Minimum: a recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising or a related subject (or equivalent experience)
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently in a small, fast-growing business
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance organisation with creative judgement

Preferred

  • Experience in influencer, social media or creator marketing
  • A UGC creator or someone who’s worked with brands creating content
  • Interested in social media and what makes content perform
