• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas that boost engagement and brand awareness
• Manage your own social media channels by posting regularly, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
• Monitor content performance metrics to analyze engagement levels and optimize future content strategies
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while showcasing authentic user experiences through creative storytelling
• Engage with followers and community members in a positive, professional manner to build strong relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or content creation, preferably with a portfolio of UGC work
• Strong understanding of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube
• Excellent communication skills with an eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail
• Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively represent the brand’s voice and values
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities
• Passion for digital trends, influencer culture, and community building
