Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research and competitor benchmarking across Glasgow and the central belt.
  • Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and live rollout of regional promotional campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics, tracking response rates, and logging data in campaign spreadsheets.
  • Drafting clear promotional copy and reviewing visual assets to ensure total brand alignment.
  • Coordinating logistics for promotional merchandise, print collateral, and event signage across locations.
  • Supporting on-site campaign activations, ensuring brand guidelines and display standards are maintained.
  • Preparing weekly performance summaries and campaign debrief slides for client review meetings.
  • Gathering direct customer feedback during activations to help refine future marketing angles.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and presentation.
  • A structured approach to organizing deadlines, research notes, and campaign schedules.
  • Basic numerical literacy and comfort using spreadsheets to track campaign data.
  • A professional, confident manner when representing brands and speaking with project partners.
  • Consistent personal standards around punctuality, reliability, and follow-through.
  • Previous experience in marketing support, customer service, administration, retail, university projects, or sales is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.
