Lead the trade marketing engine with clear ownership of promotions, partner activations, and measurement, aligned with Sales on launches and budgets.

Trade Execution: plan, launch, and evaluate promotions with cross-functional partners to hit product launch targets and sales goals.
Partner Management: build distributor relationships, coordinate activations, and coach Sales on trade tactics.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales to spot market trends, growth opportunities, and promotion ideas.
Analyze market research to understand consumer behavior and track competitor activity.
Plan, launch, and manage trade marketing campaigns and promotions to support product launches and deliver sales targets.
Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance to measure the impact of trade initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
Support Sales teams with training and guidance on trade marketing strategy and execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners ( Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain ) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

3+ years of proven Trade Marketing experience in FMCG
Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with strong independence and ownership
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent project and time management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious to succeed
Ability to travel when needed
