Job Summary
Own the trade marketing execution loop across retail from calendar planning to retailer activations and launches, ensuring end-to-end delivery with sales targets in mind.
- Calendar and campaign ownership across retail channels, product launches, and seasonal activity.
- Retailer collaboration and distributor enablement to drive in-market activation.
- Post-campaign analysis and ongoing brand presence updates to retailers.
Job Description
- Trade marketing planning and execution across retail calendar, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retailer activations.
- Collaborate with sales and Tier 3 retailers to support end-to-end execution toward priorities and sales targets.
- Assist Trade Marketing Manager with day-to-day execution and project management for Tier 1 & 2 accounts.
- Develop and manage retailer assets, training tools, and sales presentations.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using sales and retail data and deliver post-campaign insights and recommendations.
- Communicate updates and successes to retailers to stay top of mind as category leaders.
- Support distributor partners with trade marketing updates to enable best-in-class activity.
- Coordinate sampling, gifting, and promotional stock needs where required.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends to inform planning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across consumer touchpoints.
