Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Transmit session information via bespoke NHSBT systems (such as the National Contact Database, Media Database) and to the Leaflet Drop provider.
  • Place orders for Door Drop Leaflet delivery with the external provider working within a given budget and checks invoices against orders and signs for payment.
  • Assists the broader Direct Marketing team in producing, briefing and proofing cross channel marketing campaigns
  • Check invoices against orders placed and signs off for payment.
  • Present information to the Direct Marketing Channel Manager and manage upward communications.
  • Communicates through a broad range of means to internal contacts and external providers.
  • In liaison with Regional Donor Marketing Operations teams, target new contacts for the National Contact and Media databases.
  • Produces timely and accurate session support data for the Direct Marketing Channel Manager, covering activity types and levels against results.

Requirements

  • Experience of a marketing/planning environment.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment while accurately carrying out duties.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and prioritise workload.
  • Proven track record in delivering results.
  • Educated to GCSE A*-C level or equivalent.
