Job Summary

Own trade marketing for FMCG promotions and launches by coordinating with sales, distributors, and cross-functional teams to drive promotions and hit sales targets.

  • Trade Marketing Ownership: Plan and execute campaigns, manage budgets, and track ROI with cross-functional alignment.
  • Channel & Partner Management: Build relationships with distributors and key trade partners to optimize promotions and shelf impact.
  • Insights & Execution: Analyze market research and sales data to refine tactics and train sales teams.

  • Analyze market research to gather insights on consumer behaviour and competitor activities.

  • Creating and executing trade marketing campaigns and promotions to support product launches and achieve sales targets.

  • Managing trade marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
    • \n
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
    • \n
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.
    • \n
  • Providing training and support to sales teams on trade marketing strategies and tactics.
    • \n
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing activities.
    • \n
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in trade marketing to drive continuous improvement.

\nRequirements\n

  • 3+ years proven Trade Marketing experience in the FMCG
    • \n
  • Used to working under pressure and at your own initiative and comfortable with high levels of autonomy
    • \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
    • \n
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
    • \n
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
    • \n
  • A self-starter highly motivated to succeed
    • \n
  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Excellent project & time management skills
