Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee TikTok Shop affiliate strategies across your portfolio of clients to drive measurable GMV growth, conversion, and long-term creator advocacy.
• Own performance reporting and optimisation, using platform insights and affiliate data to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and ROI improvement.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, confidently leading conversations around strategy, performance, recommendations, and long-term growth planning.
• Oversee the development of high-performing affiliate communities, ensuring creators remain engaged, educated, and commercially effective across TikTok Shop.
• Lead the execution of affiliate and creator campaigns across seeding, paid partnerships, and LIVE commerce - ensuring delivery against KPIs and timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping to elevate campaign execution, strategic thinking, and platform knowledge across the team.
• Stay ahead of TikTok Shop developments, creator trends, and affiliate best practices, bringing proactive opportunities and innovation to clients and the wider business.
• Support agency growth through pitch work, strategy development, case studies, and contributing to new business opportunities within creator commerce and TikTok Shop.
• Help improve internal ways of working, reporting structures, and campaign processes to support scalable growth across the affiliate function.

Requirements

• Strong experience in TikTok Shop affiliate marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator commerce
• Proven track record of driving commercial performance and ROI through affiliate or creator-led campaigns
• Experience managing clients and confidently presenting strategy and performance recommendations
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, creator ecosystems, and social commerce trends
• Experience in TikTok LIVE shopping
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Passion for beauty, social commerce, and creator marketing
