Responsibilities

• Host live sessions on TikTok, engaging viewers with energetic and authentic presentations
• Develop and produce creative content tailored to target audiences, ensuring consistency with brand identity
• Interact with followers during live broadcasts, responding to comments and fostering community engagement
• Manage social media accounts, including planning content schedules and analysing performance metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns and promotional strategies
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform features, and best practices to optimise content reach and engagement
• Maintain a professional online presence that reflects the organisation’s values and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in public relations or social media management, with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to entertain and connect with diverse audiences
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for live sessions and content pieces
• Familiarity with TikTok platform features, analytics tools, and trending topics
• Strong organisational skills to plan content schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for digital media, entertainment, or influencer marketing is highly desirable
