• Requirements: 2+ years' experience creating, managing or strategising short-form content
• Requirements: Deep understanding of TikTok and what drives performance, retention and audience growth on the platform
• Requirements: Strong knowledge of current and emerging TikTok trends, formats and creator strategies
• Requirements: Confident directing clients during filming sessions and providing creative feedback in real time
• Requirements: Able to think quickly on your feet and solve problems independently
• Requirements: Highly creative with a strong instinct for engaging content
• Requirements: Proficient in CapCut and comfortable editing short-form video content
• Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Requirements: Strong spelling, grammar and proofreading skills
• Requirements: Highly organised and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Requirements: Comfortable working with professionals including doctors, dentists and healthcare experts
