Job Summary

Own the communications and documentation workflow that translates complex regulatory and product changes into clear customer-facing language, while governing versioning and signoffs across UK and Australia teams.

  • Responsibilities: Publish the monthly wrap and maintain documentation for guides, forms, and online resources.
  • Cross-border Collaboration: Coordinate form updates with UK and AU dev teams using Scribus aligned to regulatory changes.
  • Governance and translation: Turn technical developments into simple messaging and ensure accurate signoff, hosting, and review.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Management and publication of monthly internal publication, Monthly Wrap.
  • Maintain an understanding of wider business initiatives, projects and wider market context to inform communications.
  • Managing and communicating technical developments that promote functionality and support understanding.
  • Development, organisation and delivery of documentation, including user guides, forms, and online resources.
  • Manage processes and signoff of documentation, to reflect system and/or regulatory changes. This will include managing version control, signoff, hosting and review.
  • Work with our development teams in the UK and Australia to update forms, using Scribus in line with product and regulatory changes.
  • Overseeing print runs for quarterly statements and other miscellaneous printing.

  • A good understanding of the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to grasp technical concepts and convert them into simple consumer-friendly language that is easy to understand and concise.
