Job Summary
Engage with students, families and schools to promote opportunities and guide next steps, while coordinating cross-team campaigns and events to drive recruitment improvements.
- Engagement & outreach: promote opportunities to students, parents, and schools and guide next steps.
- Campaign delivery: work with marketing and curriculum teams to deliver recruitment programs and ensure smooth event execution.
- Continuous improvement: identify gaps and drive quick wins in events and processes.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engaging with prospective students, parents and schools to promote the college and its opportunities
- Helping people understand their options and feel confident about their next step
- Representing the college at events, in schools, at other colleges, and on campus
- Keeping things organised behind the scenes so events run smoothly
- Working with colleagues across marketing, curriculum, and the wider college to deliver successful recruitment campaigns
- Spotting what could be improved and getting stuck in to make it better
