Job Summary

Own the end-to-end strategy input for cycling/ outdoors brands, turning data-driven insights into actionable briefs and collaborative campaigns that improve brand position, media plans, and cross-discipline execution.

Strategy and Planning: Develop integrated communications plans and drive brand positioning across creative, PR, and media channels.
Insight & Briefing: Translate research, datasets, and expert networks into strategic recommendations for multiple disciplines.
Collaboration & Measurement: Create discipline briefs and define effectiveness metrics while evolving the strategic toolbox.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategy and planning. Support strategy and planning on key accounts and develop new communications plans for a wide range of cycling brands, feeding into brand positioning, creative campaigns, PR, and media plans.
Insight development. Tap into our research team, unique data sets and expert network to uncover insights into audiences and markets that guide strategic recommendations.
Briefing and collaboration. Take an active role in developing new creative, PR, media, and social plans. You will write and deliver discipline-specific briefs and help teams from different disciplines collaborate to create combined solutions.
Effectiveness and evolution. Establish measures for effectiveness and coordinate analysis for your campaigns. You will also support the Head of Strategy & Research in evolving and adding to our "strategic toolbox".

Requirements

2 - 4 years experience within an agency strategy or planning role or the equivalent experience
Experience using a range of insight sources and data types to feed into plans
Comfortable with data and technology; able to work with figures/spreadsheets; willing to integrate AI tools into workflow
