Job Summary

Own social storytelling for a luxury hospitality portfolio with end-to-end content planning, copy and influencer partnerships while leaning into performance insights to lift engagement and follower growth.

Responsibilities: drive content planning and channel management across Instagram and TikTok; craft on-brand copy and collaborate with creatives on campaigns and launches; build and manage influencer programs and translate performance data into smarter content decisions.
Focus areas: platform breadth, audience growth, creator relationships, and performance optimization to feed future content improvements.

Planning and scheduling engaging content that drives audience growth
Writing creative,on-brand copy for Instagram,TikTok and other platforms
Working with internal creatives on campaigns,launches and events
Building and managing influencer relationships
Analysing performance and using insights to improve future content
Supporting and mentoring a Social Media Executive

Requirements

At least 3 years' experience in social media management
Experience working with luxury,hospitality or lifestyle brands
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Strong knowledge of Instagram,TikTok and emerging platforms
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
