Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond promptly to audience inquiries.
• Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media.
• Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
• Understanding of diverse audience preferences and taboos across regions (NA, EU, APAC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage but not essential.
