Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Monitor social media channels daily to respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering active community engagement
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and visibility while analysing performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Track industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our social media presence fresh, relevant, and innovative
• Maintain detailed records of campaign performance, audience insights, and public relations activities for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation
• Engaging and exciting both in front of camera and in voice-over
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Ability to analyse data insights and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal engagement
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for staying current on digital marketing trends and platform updates
