Responsibilities

• 1. Social Media Coordination
• Coordinate day-to-day social media across our services and projects.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish regular content, keeping each account active, welcoming and professional.
• Monitor comments and messages and help build a positive online community.
• 2. Content Creation
• Take good-quality photos and film video at activities, events and outreach sessions.
• Film and edit high-quality vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, with clear sound, captions and an engaging pace.
• Alongside our design assistant, help create graphics and copy for social media, websites, newsletters and reports, and make simple WordPress updates.
• Follow safeguarding, consent and GDPR requirements at all times.
• 3. Campaigns and Engagement

Requirements

• You will be warm, approachable and comfortable spending time with neurodivergent young people and adults.
• You will listen well and tell their stories with care, dignity and consent.
• You’ll possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to modernise and improve our digital and social media presence and reach.
• You must be able to plan, film and edit engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels to a good standard, and show examples of your work.
• You should be organised, able to manage content across several services and confident making simple updates to a WordPress website.
• Experience of Canva and some knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud would be beneficial.

• Although not essential, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
