Job Description
Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of social media activity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and supporting assets.
- Review property and business content submissions to identify the strongest opportunities for social media.
- Assess content against social media best practice, audience relevance, and platform suitability.
- Check content for accuracy, brand consistency, spelling, grammar, and tone of voice.
- Review and edit video subtitles and captions to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Support the creation, formatting, and refinement of social media performance and strategy presentations, ensuring insights are communicated clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Assist the team with content creation by supporting storyboard development, creative ideation, and the production of detailed briefing and style guides to ensure consistency across campaigns and content assets.
- Perform simple image and video edits using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Teams and Canva.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and their different audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications, social media or digital role.
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite or Sprout Social advantageous but not essential
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are desirable.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram best practices.
