- Shooting social-first content across a range of clients and industries.
- Editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and Reels.
- Coming up with creative ideas, concepts and campaigns.
- Planning content and preparing for shoot days.
- Working directly with clients on location.
- Building strong relationships with founders, business owners and marketing teams.
- Spotting trends, opportunities and reactive content ideas.
- Looking at content performance and using insights to improve future content.
- Taking ownership of more clients and projects as you grow.
- Challenging ideas, improving processes and helping raise the creative standard of the agency.
