Job Summary

Own end-to-end brand delivery across multiple brands, turning strategy into actionable plans and leading cross-functional campaigns and launches.

  • End-to-end delivery: campaigns, websites, and seasonal activity with multiple brands and partners.
  • Cross-functional ownership: align Brand, Sales, and partner teams to deliver on strategy.
  • People leadership: manage a 3ā€“4 person team and help shape long-term brand planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as the bridge between brand teams and execution teams (social, content, external partners)
  • Take brand strategy and translate it into clear, actionable delivery plans
  • Lead key projects including:
  • Website relaunches
  • Brand campaigns
  • Seasonal activity (including peak Christmas delivery)
  • Manage multiple workstreams across different brands simultaneously
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Brand, Sales and wider functions
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports
  • Support longer-term planning, including FY27 brand planning
Requirements
  • Background in an agency OR multi-brand marketing environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously
  • Strong project management experience (owning delivery, not just supporting)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (brand, sales, digital, etc.)
Preferred
  • Previous people management experience is highly desirable
