Job Summary

Manage end-to-end digital marketing programs for client accounts, including SEO strategy, paid search and paid social campaigns, reporting, and client communication.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Delivering SEO strategy and activity across a portfolio of client accounts including audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical recommendations
  • Using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console and GA4 to monitor performance and spot opportunities
  • Setting up, managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
  • Writing and testing ad copy that's on brand and aligned with client goals
  • Planning, building and managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Keeping a close eye on budgets, bid strategy and performance across active campaigns
  • Writing clear, insightful reports that make performance easy for clients to understand
  • Presenting results and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Acting as a trusted digital contact for your clients and building strong working relationships
  • Staying on top of algorithm updates, platform changes and emerging best practice

Requirements

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience in SEO, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience in PPC an advantage, ideally in an agency environment
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush & Google Search Console
  • Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical SEO
  • Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Comfortable using GA4 and Looker Studio for reporting and analysis
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong written communication skills including ad copy and reporting
  • Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
