Responsibilities

• Create engaging editorial, product and digital content across a range of formats.
• Use audience insights and search data to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Support content audits, competitor analysis and keyword research that inform client strategies.
• Monitor content performance and turn findings into clear, practical recommendations.
• Contribute ideas to team discussions, client meetings, pitches and new-business opportunities.
• Manage your workload, budgets and deadlines accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients and partners to improve how content supports wider media campaigns.

Requirements

• Clear and adaptable writing skills, with an interest in creating useful digital content.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident, accessible communication when sharing ideas with colleagues and clients.
• The ability to present information and insights in a clear, engaging way.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
• Curiosity about digital marketing, content and changing audience behaviours.
• A collaborative approach, sound judgement and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
