Inform proposition, pricing and portfolio mix with performance data and market context.

Job Description

Own the product marketing strategy for your category, with clear accountability for category sales growth, product performance and margin improvement
Partner closely with the Product Development Manager to refine product strategy, portfolio priorities and growth opportunities
Identify opportunities across hero products, whitespace, repromoted, pricing, bundling, gifting, cross-sell and portfolio mix
Support product refinements and portfolio optimisation where needed
Use performance data, consumer insight and market context to improve decision-making and drive better outcomes
Work alongside the Product Development Manager from concept through to launch and optimisation
Bring the consumer, brand and commercial lens into product development from the outset
Contribute to proposition development, pricing, pack architecture and portfolio logic
Be actively involved in product testing and development sign-off to ensure a best-in-class standard
Develop compelling, differentiated and conversion-focused product stories for both new and existing products
