Weekly measurement of MQLs, SQLs, conversion, and pipeline impact to align with revenue targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and launch multi-channel campaigns across content, social, and outbound
Develop prospect lists and audience segments tightly aligned to our ICP
Write copy that converts: nurture sequences, and social
Marketing automation in HubSpot: workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and segmentation
Event coordination for industry conferences, webinars, and LinkedIn Live sessions
Report weekly on MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Partner directly with the CEO and sales team to align lead gen output with revenue targets

Requirements

3-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a clear track record of lead generation results you personally built and shipped
End-to-end campaign ownership. You’ve planned, launched, measured, and iterated yourself, not just executed pieces handed to you
Multi-channel fluency across: outbound, content, social, events
Hands-on marketing automation experience. You’ve built workflows, segmented audiences, and run nurture sequences in HubSpot (strongly preferred)
Lead generation results you can defend with numbers. MQLs generated, pipeline influenced, conversion rates, channel performance
Strong written communication skills.
Comfort with sales-adjacent tools like Clay, Apollo, Hubspot, etc.
Analytical fluency. You live in CRM reporting, and you make decisions based on what the data shows, not what feels right

Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Hubspot
Familiarity with AI tools.
Experience marketing to staffing, recruiting, consulting, or professional services audiences
Background marketing to SMB or tech-enabled services buyers
