Job Summary

Own the planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and campaign optimization.

Coordinate cross-channel campaigns (email, digital, content, social, events) to generate and nurture leads
Manage audience segments in Marketo and Salesforce and monitor KPIs, MQLs, and ROI
Support product launches with effective messaging and sales enablement content

Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning and delivering integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, social media and events
Supporting lead generation and nurture campaigns that contribute to commercial pipeline growth
Building targeted audience segments using platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce
Coordinating campaign copy, creative assets, landing pages and sales collateral
Managing campaign timelines and ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and against agreed KPIs
Monitoring campaign performance, MQL generation and ROI
Using A/B testing, analytics and campaign insight to identify optimisation opportunities
Supporting new product and service launches with effective messaging and customer-facing content
Coordinating paid campaign activity and working with creative and media agencies
Partnering closely with sales, product and operational teams to ensure campaigns support wider commercial objectives

Requirements

You’ll have experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns and be comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and priorities at the same time.

Preferred

A marketing degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
Experience within the UK healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, NHS suppliers or healthcare technology, would be an advantage.
Experience managing campaign budgets and marketing spend.
Good Excel skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
