Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns for webinars, conferences, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
  • Creating engaging copy, email nurture sequences, digital assets, and post-event follow-up campaigns to drive attendance and lead conversion across the UK and Europe.
  • Collaborating with graphic designers and external print vendors to produce event collateral, including exhibition stands, flyers, posters, digital assets, and user guides.
  • Managing email marketing campaigns (via platforms such as Adestra) to raise product awareness ahead of key events.
  • Participating in quarterly performance reviews to assess deliverable quality and track progress against strategic milestones.
  • Managing your own workload, defined budgets, and customer data in accordance with GDPR and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning or supporting B2B event marketing campaigns across both in-person events and webinars (essential).
  • Confidence in writing compelling promotional copy for email marketing, social assets, and printed event collateral (essential).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a strong track record of stakeholder collaboration (essential).
  • High IT competence, including Google Workspace applications and digital tools (essential).
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical marketing experience (preferred).
  • A solid understanding of healthcare systems and healthcare professionals' needs (desirable).

Preferred

  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Adestra) and marketing automation software (preferred)
