Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers in residential and event-based environments
• Representing established brands professionally
• Understanding customer needs and communicating relevant products and services
• Supporting the delivery of live customer acquisition campaigns
• Developing practical sales, communication and customer service skills
• Working towards individual and team performance objectives
• Participating in regular training and development
• This is a field-based, customer-facing position rather than a desk-based or digital marketing role.

• Interested in building practical commercial experience
• Available full-time and able to work on-site in London

Preferred

• Experience in retail, hospitality, events, sport, customer service or other people-focused environments can be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
