Job Summary

Lead and manage integrated multi‑channel marketing for the Royal Veterinary College's clinical services and research, steering campaigns, digital content, events and analytics while advising senior stakeholders.

  • Oversee REF communications and performance insights

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email and social media.
  • Supporting the promotion of the RVC's referral hospitals, first-opinion practices, diagnostic laboratories and research activities.
  • Acting as the marketing lead for Research Excellence Framework (REF) communications.
  • Managing and optimising website content, SEO and email marketing campaigns.
  • Leading the marketing for client events, CPD, London Vet Show and other exhibitions.
  • Producing insight-led reports using website, CRM and campaign analytics.
  • Building strong relationships with clinicians, researchers and senior stakeholders, providing expert marketing advice and support.
  • Managing creative projects including photography, video and marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • You'll be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management, SEO and email marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience of analysing campaign performance and using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • The confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience within higher education, healthcare, veterinary, scientific or research environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
