Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversees how the Executive Masters portfolio is understood, chosen and experienced by learners, departments and partners.
  • Owns portfolio-level growth, market positioning, programme experience standards and departmental engagement.
  • Ensures that Executive Masters function as a coherent, compelling and competitive offer.
  • Works in close partnership with colleagues overseeing portfolio‑level capacity, systems, governance and assurance to support ambition, growth and experience standards with robust systems, governance and operational excellence.
  • Partners with marketing, recruitment and admissions colleagues to develop and optimise campaigns, recruitment activity and conversion strategies that support portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in executive education, higher education, professional learning, student recruitment or a related environment.
  • The ability to identify and develop opportunities to strengthen portfolio growth, learner progression and market position.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including the ability to interpret performance indicators and translate insight into strategic action.
  • Ability to work effectively with marketing, recruitment and admissions colleagues to develop and optimise campaigns, recruitment activity and conversion strategies that support portfolio growth.
