Job Summary

Own and elevate EMEA events by linking strategic planning, flawless execution, and post-event nurturing to pipeline outcomes across large Tier 1 and regional activations.

  • Event Strategy & Execution: plan Tier 1 events, flagship experiences, and regional activations that differentiate from digital campaigns.
  • Operations & Reporting: manage budgets, vendors, contracts, logistics, onsite delivery, and post-event measurement with global brand standards.
  • Content & Localization: craft event-native messaging and assets, ensure regional tone, and drive seamless sales handoffs for follow-up

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Lead planning and execution of Tier 1 events (hosted and sponsored), including large-scale industry events, flagship StackAdapt experiences, and priority sponsorships.
  • Regional Experience Ownership: Own regional flagship moments (e.g., EMEA Conversion or equivalent), ensuring alignment with global standards while tailoring the experience to regional audiences.
  • Field Event Delivery: Execute high-impact field events such as executive dinners, client entertainment, and localized networking activations to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • End-to-End Event Ops: Manage all aspects of event delivery including budgeting, vendor and venue management, contract negotiation, logistics, attendee recruiting, onsite execution, follow up actions and reporting
  • Vendor & Venue Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and venues across EMEA
  • Post-Event Nurture: Design and execute post-event lead nurturing workflows, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the sales team.
  • Content Support: Provide content support for regional initiatives, including event landing pages, email invitations and follow-ups, social promotion assets, and post-event nurture messaging.
  • Messaging Localization: Partner with EMEA revenue and marketing leadership on overarching event messaging and campaign narratives, then localize and apply them to the EMEA market.
  • Event-Native Positioning: Develop event-native messaging that differentiates both large-scale and field activations from broader digital campaigns (e.g., bespoke messaging for trade shows vs. always-on content).
  • Brand & Tone Adaptation: Ensure brand consistency while adapting tone and positioning to regional nuances.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on: pipeline sourced and influenced, event ROI, attendance and engagement rates (CSAT/NPS), budget utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Attribution & Reporting: Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Campaign Management Tools: Use Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar) to manage campaigns, attribution, and reporting.
  • Strategy Refinement: Continuously refine the overall EMEA event strategy, program mix, and investment allocation based on performance insights.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Run post-event analysis including stakeholder debriefs and feedback surveys to continuously improve program performance.
