Job Summary

Own and drive the end-to-end ecommerce product roadmap, aligning features with business goals while enabling data-driven marketing through CDP, identity resolution, and paid media optimization.

  • Product ownership: Define roadmap and prioritise ecommerce features, with collaboration across marketing, ecommerce, and technology.
  • Data & identity: Lead CDP enablement, identity stitching, and audience segmentation to power personalised campaigns and accurate attribution.
  • Paid media integration: Onboard segments to paid platforms, optimize retargeting and frequency, and connect CDP data to DSPs for ROI clarity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Ecommerce product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce business team to prioritize features and enhancements for the mail and supplies eShop.
  • Drive conversion by implementing best in class conversion optimisation features; analytics, personalisation, multi-variant testing, offer/promotions management
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of roadmap initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities to create a unified customer profile.
  • Enable identity resolution by connecting cookies, first-party data, and other identifiers to build robust audience segments.
  • Onboard audience segments into paid media platforms for targeting, retargeting, frequency capping, and suppression to improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Implement strategies for paid media optimization, leveraging first-party data enriched from the CDP.
  • Oversee integration of CDP with Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) to activate audiences for paid campaigns.
  • Apply attribution models and measure ROI on paid media spend using enriched first-party data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Ecommerce and MarTech.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce, CDP platforms, DSPs, and performance marketing technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in finance automation and mailing products sector (not mandatory)
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data-driven marketing.
  • Knowledge of content management and personalisation
  • Familiarity with paid media optimization techniques (retargeting, frequency capping, suppression).
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and ROI analysis for paid campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment including stakeholder management.
  • E-commerce platforms like Intershop, CDP, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google ads / other DSP’s, social media tools like LinkedIn, Meta.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity Graph/ ID resolution by stitching multiple identities like cookies, emails, other CRM id’s to enable a universal Quadient ID for personalisation and reporting purposes.
