Job Description

Responsibilities

  • lead the operational delivery of digital campaigns across our portfolio of attractions.
  • managing campaign execution across web and app platforms, building and optimising landing pages, overseeing onsite merchandising, and ensuring every digital campaign launches on time and to the highest standard.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, Paid Media, Product, and regional teams, you'll use data and insights to drive performance, improve conversion, and deliver exceptional customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, digital trading, or online merchandising within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), customer journey optimisation, and digital trading principles.
  • Experience building and managing web content, landing pages, and onsite merchandising activities.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large data sets and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms, A/B testing, and test-and-learn methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with the Accesso platform is highly desirable.
  • Experience within the leisure, travel, entertainment, or hospitality sectors would be advantageous.
