Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue targets.
• Supervise 2 team members in B2C E-commerce business and provide E-commerce support to B2B team.
• Review and approve marketing activity, content, campaigns, and website updates produced by team members.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns carried out by the team across SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, affiliate marketing, PR, and organic social media.
• Continuously improve B2C and B2B ecommerce performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and average order value.
• Oversee Google Ads and paid social campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, competitor analysis, content planning, and ongoing optimisation.
• Review and approve email marketing campaigns and work with the member to implement automations through platforms Klaviyo.
• Monitor and provide update weekly on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise a team member who is responsible for affiliate partnerships and analyse PR activity to maximise return on investment.
