Responsibilities

• Design engaging creative assets across print, digital and social channels
• Develop campaign toolkits and marketing materials for international markets
• Create restaurant collateral, menus, POS, signage and promotional materials
• Design presentations, franchise communications and internal brand materials
• Support the art direction and planning of creative productions
• Coordinate projects, timelines and approvals across multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with franchise partners, suppliers and external creative agencies
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Support the ongoing evolution of the Vapiano brand through fresh ideas and strong creative thinking

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a creative, design or agency environment
• Experience working with hospitality, retail, lifestyle or consumer brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign and design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience working with international or franchise-led brands
• Video editing, motion graphics or animation skills
• Photography or art direction experience
