Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy and execution for key executive moments including town halls, transformation initiatives, organizational announcements, keynote presentations and social media activity
• Develop executive messaging and thought leadership content across internal and external audiences
• Provide strategic counsel on high-profile, sensitive or complex communications
• Develop and execute communications plans that support business objectives and build understanding of functional priorities and progress
• Create communication frameworks, leadership cascades and messaging that enable consistent communication across the function
• Use insights and feedback to strengthen communication effectiveness
• Partner with Internal Communications, PR, Social Media, Content, Digital & Brand, Product Marketing and People teams to deliver integrated communications that maximise impact across channels and audiences
