Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on a high-profile broadcast sponsorship, developing the activation strategy and overseeing delivery across on-air, social, branding, and promotional elements.
  • Track performance and contribute to ROI reporting, helping the business understand what's working and what to sharpen.
  • Lead the briefing, development, and delivery of ATL campaigns in partnership with creative agencies.
  • Ensure every piece of communications, across every channel, sounds and feels unmistakably on-brand.

Requirements

Candidates should understand how ATL campaigns are built, have managed agency relationships without losing their point of view, and know what a strong broadcast sponsorship looks like, having delivered one.

  • They'll also be someone who:
  • Thinks strategically but operates with real attention to detail
  • Manages complexity and competing priorities without drama
