Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, develop and evolve visual brand identities across multiple brands including YO!, Panku, Bento, Raku, GLO and Sushi Circle
Design packaging, labels, menus, POS, marketing collateral and campaign assets
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Support rebrands, brand refreshes and new brand launches
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines
Collaborate with marketing, digital and commercial teams to bring briefs to life
Work closely with stakeholders, presenting concepts and managing feedback effectively
Ensure all creative outputs are delivered accurately, on brand and on time
Liaise with print and production partners where required
Contribute creative thinking and design expertise across the wider business

Requirements

You're a creative designer who loves bringing brands to life. Whether it's developing a new brand identity from scratch, refreshing an established brand, or creating eye-catching packaging and marketing assets, you know how to turn ideas into impactful design.
You'll have at least 5 years' experience in a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer or Creative Design role, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design platforms) and a portfolio that showcases brand identity, packaging and campaign work.
Experience working with consumer-facing brands is essential.
