Responsibilities

• Create, develop and evolve visual brand identities across multiple brands including YO!, Panku, Bento, Raku, GLO and Sushi Circle
• Design packaging, labels, menus, POS, marketing collateral and campaign assets
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Support rebrands, brand refreshes and new brand launches
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing, digital and commercial teams to bring briefs to life
• Work closely with stakeholders, presenting concepts and managing feedback effectively
• Ensure all creative outputs are delivered accurately, on brand and on time
• Liaise with print and production partners where required
• Contribute creative thinking and design expertise across the wider business

Requirements

• You\'re a creative designer who loves bringing brands to life. Whether it\'s developing a new brand identity from scratch, refreshing an established brand, or creating eye-catching packaging and marketing assets, you know how to turn ideas into impactful design.
• You\'ll have at least 5 years\' experience in a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer or Creative Design role, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design platforms) and a portfolio that showcases brand identity, packaging and campaign work.
• Experience working with consumer-facing brands is essential.
• We\'re looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple projects across several brands, prioritise effectively, engage stakeholders, and maintain exceptional attention to detail - particularly when it comes to packaging and label design.
