Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing trade marketing campaigns and sales toolkits
  • Supporting key account pitches and product launches
  • Creating retail-ready POS and merchandising materials
  • Managing exhibitions and trade events

  • Keeping momentum and bringing new ideas forward, always looking for ways to make the work better as the trade evolves.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B/trade marketing within a premium or lifestyle brand (5+ years with real depth in B2B and trade )
  • A track record of supporting sales through toolkits, point-of-sale, launch packs and retail materials that help a variety or collection sell

  • The ability to speak to trade and consumer audiences with equal ease, translating what makes a rose good into messaging that lands with buyers and gardeners alike
  • Genuinely strong organisation and project management skills, able to prioritise across competing demands, work to deadlines and keep several projects, markets and stakeholders on track at once, including the agencies and suppliers who deliver alongside you.
  • A collaborative, straight-talking way of working with no ego to speak of, communicating clearly and proactively so colleagues and Business Leaders are always kept informed.
  • Commercial instinct and a strategic eye, able to see where we are, spot the gaps and bring forward ideas worth backing, and comfortable building where there is not yet a settled playbook rather than waiting for the path to be clear.
  • Is passionate about brand consistency and exceptional execution
  • Thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment
