Responsibilities

• Work closely with the agency and client sales teams to deliver creative responses to briefs with a focus on engagement and action.
• Utilising data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients/agencies.
• Exploring clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives.
• Produce cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns.
• Forge relationships with senior agency contacts predominantly on the strategic, planning and creative solutions side of their business
• Establish relationships with key people within direct client businesses (principally automotive and audience-related clients – e.g., fuel, tyres, lifestyle)
• Support the car manufacturer direct client leadership team.
• Generating original ideas with other members of the team.
• Identify potential problems and devise ways to rectify them.

Requirements

• Considerable experience of developing strategic plans that benefit the client/agency.
• Proven track record of pitching creative solutions campaigns
• Excellent understanding of selling, delivering and measuring success of creative solutions
• Proven experience understanding complex projects/workflow.
• Network agency contacts (planners) and experience of dealing directly with clients. Automotive client contacts are a great bonus.
• Proven experience presenting to clients.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
