Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of ABM and outbound campaigns for Lead & Rapport clients
• Developing a deep understanding of each client's proposition, target market and ideal customer profile
• Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers and influencers
• Engaging senior stakeholders through intelligent, consultative outbound conversations
• Creating qualified sales opportunities and high-value appointments
• Managing complex conversations with senior decision-makers
• Using insight and questioning to uncover genuine business challenges and commercial opportunities
• Managing follow-up activity and nurturing prospects where an immediate appointment isn't appropriate
• Maintaining high-quality CRM and campaign data
• Working closely with Lead & Rapport leadership and clients to optimise campaign performance

Requirements

• You'll have at least 5 years' experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, business development, outbound sales or ABM.
• You should be someone who:
• Is highly confident speaking with C-suite and senior decision-makers
• Has a proven track record in B2B outbound
• Understands ABM and account-based prospecting
• Can hold a commercially intelligent conversation rather than simply follow a script
• Knows how to qualify genuine opportunities
• Is comfortable working across different industries, propositions and client campaigns
• Has excellent verbal communication and questioning skills
• Is commercially driven and motivated by results
