Job Summary

Own and manage the end-to-end sampling program for new stockists, coordinating scheduling, on-site support, and cross-team logistics to drive successful launches and actionable follow-up across all live stockists.

  • Coordinate stockist onboarding and sampling sessions from initial live date
  • Manage on-site briefings, attendees, and day-of requirements
  • Track outcomes, feedback, and weekly progress with a simple budget ledger

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pick up new stockists from the Sales team as soon as they go live and take ownership of getting a sampling session arranged for each one.
  • Liaise directly with each new stockist to agree a date, format and any requirements for the sampling session.
  • Liaise with our internal teams to confirm who\'s attending, what\'s needed on the day, and that everyone is aligned on timing.
  • Ensure that each venue has ample stock, glassware and POS materials ahead of the sampling session and track this throughout the project.
  • Assist in briefing anyone supporting on the ground (freelancers, brand ambassadors, sales reps) on tone, key messages and how to talk about Electric Tropical Lager.
  • Attend some sampling sessions in venues to support with delivery where needed.
  • Track outcomes per session - attendance, samples poured, feedback, any follow-up needed and report back weekly on progress across all live stockists.
  • Flag any recurring scheduling issues, stockist objections or opportunities back to the Marketing and Sales teams to improve the approach as the drive continues.
  • Keep spend within the agreed sampling budget and maintain a simple running record of costs.

Requirements

  • You\'re a self-starter who can pick up a brief and run with it - organised, personable, and comfortable working independently across a project-based arrangement. You need to be confident picking up the phone or even getting out to venues in person where necessary to lock down plans.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with a new product launch or sampling drive for a drinks brand.
  • Experience running a sampling, activation or field marketing campaign, ideally in drinks or FMCG.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills - comfortable juggling multiple stockists, dates and logistics without things slipping.
  • Confidence briefing and coordinating freelancers or brand ambassadors.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for beer and/or Brixton.

Benefits

  • £16.80 per hour, depending on the task and time of day.
  • A flexible arrangement that fits around other commitments.
  • Direct input into the launch of one of our most exciting new beers.
  • A supportive, fun team who take beer (and good sampling stories) seriously.
