Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to retain and win back print and digital subscribers across 60+ specialist titles.
• Manage subscriber onboarding journeys and ongoing automated campaigns to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value.
• Draft copy and design briefs for campaign artwork, coordinating with internal teams and external printers.
• Work alongside CRM specialists to build and test best-practice email campaigns and automated communications.
• Analyse subscriber survey feedback and campaign metrics using Google Sheets and Excel to optimize retention activity.
• Handle key administrative tasks, including purchase order processing and supplier invoice coordination, with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Interest in starting or continuing a career in retention, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience or qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Practical experience delivering marketing communications or using digital collaboration tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Capability to work collaboratively from our Bath office.
