Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Implement day-to-day online and offline marketing activity and campaigns within our sister brands, in line with business objectives and targets
  • - Delivering engaging campaigns through web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning.
  • - Organise, set up, and attend a number of events and trade shows each year, representing our family of brands.
  • - Work as part of the regional marketing team to generate new ideas for driving owner leads for each brand to grow our portfolio.
  • - Developing relationships with and working alongside internal or external creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote our sister brands through bespoke marketing campaigns.
  • - Ability to build and manage relationships with third parties (owners, land agents, estate agents and developers)
  • - Evaluate and review marketing campaigns to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.

Requirements

  • Essential Experience: You’ll Bring
  • - Experience of working as part of a marketing team.
  • - Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
  • - Strong problem-solving skills
  • - Excellent negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
  • - Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
  • - IT literate and able to learn new skills
  • - Ability to understand and Market the Unique Selling Point of individual Brands.
  • - Ability to work on own initiative.
  • - Full Driving Licence

Preferred

  • Desirable Experience: Good location knowledge of Wales
