Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Planning and development of a social media calendar of activity to help to promote ongoing RESP activities and existing RESP creative content.
  • - The successful candidate will join the RESP Archive Project team within Heritage Collections to increase awareness of the RESP’s oral history collections.
  • - This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience delivering a social media programme that will promote and increase awareness of the RESP Archive.

Requirements

  • - A student from the University of Edinburgh based in the UK, able to work collaboratively and independently.
  • - Experience of or an interest in spoken word/oral history archives and related resources.
  • - Experience of using social media platforms (Instagram) and web based graphic design platforms such as Canva.
  • - Experience of working in an archive, library, or research environment.
