Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with marketing leaders across the UK and EMEA, ensuring their goals align with the capabilities of our Marketing Studio.
• Oversee a portfolio of marketing initiatives, helping teams prioritise work and deliver results that matter.
• Lead cross-functional campaigns, ensuring marketers have access to the right resources, from creative services to analytics.
• Develop and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Champion the voice of regional marketeers, using feedback to improve their experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

• A knack for building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive agency side experience, managing large, complex clients
• Team management and coaching experience
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing multiple initiatives.
• The ability to explain complex ideas simply, whether in presentations or conversations.
