Job Summary
Own the visual content pipeline for West Sussex homes: shoot photo and video, include drone work, edit, and publish across social channels while supporting the Land & New Homes team and launching the Barnham office.
- Photography & videography: own shoots of homes, floor plans, and site developments.
- Content publishing: transform shoots into social-ready posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, plus website content.
- Cross-team ownership: collaborate with Land & New Homes and operations to support branding and local market presence.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Photographing beautiful homes across West Sussex
- Producing professional property videos
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Learning aerial photography and videography using our DJI drone
- Editing photographs and videos
- Designing marketing materials and brochures
- Visiting exciting development sites and new homes projects
- Covering networking events and community initiatives
- Helping launch our brand-new Barnham office
- Creating website and email marketing content
