Job Summary

Own the GTM and product launch engine for a B2B SaaS/PropTech stack, shaping messaging, enablement, and campaigns to drive adoption and revenue.

End-to-end launch planning and cross-functional coordination across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS.
Define value messaging, create sales collateral and enablement to win with buyers and sellers.
Incorporate customer and market insights to influence product strategy and marketing efforts and lift feature adoption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Translate software, AI and solution capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and help our commercial teams win.
Working closely with Product Management and the GTM team, you'll help shape go-to-market strategies, deliver successful product launches, develop sales enablement materials, execute product and solution campaigns and help build our voice in the market and with target audiences.
End-to-end go-to-market planning for product and solution launches, as well as product releases.
Coordinate launch activities across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Define launch objectives, messaging, content and enablement plans.
Measure launch success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create high-quality sales collateral including:
Sales presentations
One-pagers
Brochures / Booklets
Papers

Requirements

Experience within B2B SaaS is essential
Experience within Construction and Property Technology (PropTech), or a related industry would be highly advantageous
