Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyse whether our marketing efforts are successfully helping customers adopt features that drive genuine value for them, moving beyond simple campaign click metrics.
  • Use tools to map the customer journey and identify specific friction points where our messaging or product education fails to bridge the gap between user intent and success.
  • Integrate quantitative product usage data with qualitative insights, such as support tickets and user interviews, to create a holistic view of the customer experience.
  • Where specific customer segments are struggling to take the appropriate actions, translate these data into tangible actions that relevant teams can look to solve.
  • Act as an internal consultant for campaign and feature performance by providing rigorous analysis on why initiatives may have missed the mark and equipping relevant teams with the data-backed context they need to redesign campaigns or workflows.
  • Define success metrics based on customer outcomes to ensure all our initiatives are tied to long-term adoption and revenue growth rather than just vanity metrics.
  • Support the connection of data across the business, collaborating with internal teams to ensure we can track the full customer journey from initial lead, through to actions within the platform, and finally to revenue.
  • Support the Product Marketing team in building relevant, accessible dashboards that clearly highlight campaign successes and pinpoint specific areas for future improvement.
  • Partner with teams across the business to coordinate our data connectivity needs, ensuring we speak a common language when mapping and measuring the customer journey.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our product suite to ensure you can interpret data with the necessary context, allowing you to accurately measure campaign effectiveness against actual product behaviour.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience using product analytics or event-tracking platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap etc.) to analyse user behaviour and build robust reporting.
  • Proven ability to synthesise quantitative product data with qualitative insights (e.g., user research, feedback loops) to tell a complete story of the customer experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and central Data teams, to align on goals
  • Demonstrated experience in translating analytical findings into commercially relevant recommendations and presenting these to senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware with a good understanding of market drivers and client needs
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred

  • Familiarity with coding languages (such as Python or R) or BI tools (like Power BI or Tableau) is a bonus
